A Journey Through the Layers of Self

Do you ever feel like something in your life is out of balance? Maybe your body feels tired, even after rest. Your mind won't stop running, caught in a cycle of stress and endless thoughts. You've tried many things, but the feeling of peace never seems to last.
I understand. Modern life places immense demands on us, leaving our nervous systems in a constant state of high alert, with no real chance to reset. I've been there too. I know the feeling of being overwhelmed and disconnected from yourself. And I also know, with certainty, that it can be different.
You can feel grounded and calm again. You can reconnect with your body and quiet your mind. Through simple, nurturing rituals and mindful practices rooted in Ayurveda and Yoga, I'll guide you back to yourself - to your natural rhythm, your innate sense of ease, and your inner home.
For over 20 years, I built my life mainly around my professional career. I was constantly studying, developing, and gaining experience. My work as an HR Manager felt like a natural path — a place where I believed I was fulfilling my mission. Then everything stopped. A diagnosis of endometriosis brought disbelief, then fear. Doctor after doctor told me that surgery was my only option. In that moment, I felt I was losing control over my own life, and that feeling pushed me to look for another way.
Living in Leicester, I had access to Ayurvedic doctors, so I decided to give myself a chance. During my first consultation, I was listened to — truly listened to — with calmness, attention, and warmth. For the first time in a long while, I felt hope. The recommendations I received were gentle and natural, and they worked seamlessly alongside my medical plan. I adjusted my diet, introduced herbs, and began simple relaxation practices.
After three months, a follow-up ultrasound showed a 30% reduction in the endometriosis lesions. I felt relief, hope, and deep gratitude. After nine months, the endometriosis had completely disappeared.
That experience changed the direction of my life. It showed me that true healing isn't just about fixing a symptom - it's about returning to wholeness. It's about feeling heard, understood, and supported in a way that honours your entire being.
For me, these practices are not just techniques. They are a way of coming home to oneself. My philosophy is built on the Niyama principle: a conscious, kind relationship with yourself, rooted in mindfulness and gentle discipline. Healing happens not through force, but through small, consistent steps taken with compassion.
My knowledge comes from deep, authentic study. I am currently in my second year at the College of Ayurveda in the UK, one of the most respected and longest-established Ayurvedic institutions in Britain. I also completed an advanced yoga teacher training at S-VYASA University, one of the most recognised yoga universities in India.
Today, I support clients who struggle with stress, overwhelm, mood imbalances, insomnia, digestive issues, and the feeling of being disconnected from themselves. I show them how small, gentle steps can lead to profound and lasting change.
My journey continues. I warmly invite you to walk with me.
